求職面試的時候,我們經(jīng)常會談到benefits package(福利包),也就是該公司能夠為員工提供的各項福利待遇,大部分可能都體現(xiàn)在金錢方面。其實,很多公司雖然工資待遇不是很高,但是提供的soft benefit(軟福利)卻相當(dāng)吸引人。 什么是“軟福利”? Soft benefit is a type of non-monetary compensation offered by employers to members of their staff for performing their jobs. Many senior employees are offered a valuable soft benefit or perk like a company car instead of money as part of their overall remuneration. Soft benefit(軟福利)指雇主對員工提供的非金錢性質(zhì)的工作報酬補償。比如,很多資深員工都會享受到公司配車等高價值軟福利作為他們工作報酬的一部分。 In tight labor market, companies are adding 'soft' benefits, such as free trips or child-care services, so they can hold on to the talent they have. 在勞動力市場緊縮的情況下,各公司都會增加諸如免費旅游或者小孩看護服務(wù)等“軟福利”來留住人才。 |
